Energy Panel Structures was established in 1981 in Albert Lea, MN. EPS originally began to manufacture insulated wall panels for the agricultural market. Since that time, EPS has diversified into the commercial/industrial markets. After three expansions the company moved in 1988 to Graettinger, IA to a new 40,000 square foot plant designed specifically for the manufacturing of insulated panels. Since the move to Graettinger, EPS has expanded multiple times, to a total of over 175,000 square feet of manufacturing and over 50,000 square feet of warehouse space. Within this we manufacture SIP insulated panels of many sizes and thicknesses, roll-form steel panels in multiple configurations, trim manufacturing, nail Laminated columns, walk door construction, pre-assembled component walls, roof truss, and floor truss manufacturing. In total, we operate on 20 acres, including 17,000 of office space.
In addition to our Iowa facility, we operate a branch manufacturing facility in Perryville, Missouri. This location boasts many of the same manufactured products with the exception of SIP panels. This location encompasses 100,000 square feet of manufacturing, storage, and office.
EPS is 100% Employee Owned and 100% Quality Committed
